I travelled from Ireland just to do a deep dish here- so good we ate there twice on our trip! Night 1 after 9H flight and a long day exploring we were tired and popped there for food! Wait is 45-60 mins for a deep dish so we knew what we wanted instantly! Teen could barely eat she was so tired but the copious amount of fountain drinks prepped her up! The cheese pull was epic! We done a 12”inch meat and more between myself and my OH who is a gigantic pizza lover. Day 2 teen had a 6” cheese and Parmesan fries which she devoured. Great to see so much on tap- inc Yuengling (my OH loves it when we go to Pittsburgh).

Great spot for a Deep Dish pizza... One bite and you're full! Dough is so crunchy and cheese is all over the place! Definitely an experience to try if you're in Chicago and feeling like a tourist My advice: order 1 medium pizza to share for 3 people, it's more than enough... Also place is crowded, so expect to wait a little before you're seated.

To truly experience the Classic Chicago Experience, you have to have the best of the deep dish pizza. Giordano's is the best of the best and it never disappoints. Our first stop after we checked in at the hotel just a short walk away. Surprisingly, we got seated right away. Our server, was upbeat, warm and welcoming- i wished I remember her name. She happily informed us that it will take at least 45 minutes for the pizza. We ordered a small Chicago Classic. To start, the starter salad was excellent, Chopped Salad and Caesar Salad was fresh. The Chicken Wings is the best I've had ever. Paired well with the draft beer. But the star of the show is the Chicago Classic. The sauce was fresh and tangy flavor really stood out. Its perfectly balanced not too thick and let the ingredients shine. The cheese pull is impressive, great photo op. Every bite was rich, savory experience. Amazing food, excellent customer service and definitely made our experience a delightful one.

We almost didn't want to try a deep dish pizza while we were Chicago but we caved. It was amazing! It doesn't take like your normal pizza and the serving or portion size for a 10 inch is huge. We were glad we tried it.

I had an amazing experience at Giordano’s, and a big part of that was thanks to Naomi. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does—and it shows. If you’re visiting Giordano’s, ask for Naomi. She truly takes the dining experience to another level!

Came here for an early dinner as I was staying at a hotel next door. Been to other locations, but first time at this location. Food and experience is identical to the other ones. Good food and service. I just missed the lunch hours, so was unable to order the personal deep dish that's only on the lunch menu. This was a good thing as forced me to order something else. Ordered the Mama's Meatball Sub. Came out in about 15 minutes and looked great. It was 3 giant meatballs smothered in mozzarella. The marinara seemed to be the same sauce from the pizzas so tasted great. Overall a good choice to get the same pizza flavors in a sandwich.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Giordano's on Saint Patrick's Day, March 15, 2025, and it was absolutely worth the wait! All of the Giordano's locations were packed, and understandably so, as this place is a Chicago classic. The wait for a table was around 3-4 hours, and then there was an additional 45-minute wait for the pizza itself. However, a great host at one of the locations suggested that we order takeout, which only required us to wait for the pizza to be made. This was an excellent solution! We spent the time exploring the dynamic downtown Chicago area, as we were only in town for a couple of days, and then picked up our pizza to enjoy in our hotel room. The pizza itself was incredible—hearty, with an abundance of cheese inside, and perfectly packed with care and aesthetic in mind. After the first bite, it was clear why so many people were willing to wait for hours for this experience. If you are in Chicago or traveling there, make sure to add Giordano's to your list. You will not be disappointed!

My first time trying Chicago style deep dish pizza and it was so delicious! We were notified that it will take 40 minutes to make it from scratch and let me tell you it was so worth the wait! So delicious and cheesy! You should try it!
